Terms and Conditions
- 50% deposit will be taken at time of booking via private email using credit card/debit card (2.5% surcharge will be taken if payment made using credit card) and final payment for accommodation, meals/mini bar & any damages will be charged at time of check out.
- Extra bed and breakfast charges will apply at check in at 500 Baht per day
- Child policy: Any child under the age of 12 years sharing accommodation with parents without an extra bed will be charged 150 baht for breakfast per day.
- All room rates include Breakfast and Free transfer from pier to resort.
- Cancellation policy: The 50% deposit is non-refundable during high/peak season, at all other times the deposit will be refunded only if cancellation is made 10 days prior to arrival.
- Minimum period of stay during High/peak season is 2 nights
- Special requests can be made at time of booking or Check in and any additional charges may apply. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.
- Guests must provide Passport at check in as proof of ID. No other ID will be accepted.
- Check in: 2pm, Check out: Noon
- Reception opening times: 7.30am – 10.00pm
